आउटलुक एक्सप्रेस ईमेल का बैकअप कैसे ले ?

आउटलुक में सभी ईमेल मेसेज एक खास फोल्डर में सेव होते हैं। इस फोल्डर में कई फाइलें होती हैं। एक फाइल आउटलुक के एक फोल्डर के बराबर होती है। आउटलुक में पांच बेसिक फोल्डर होते हैं - inbox, outbox, sent items, deleted emails, drafts. अगर आप अपने आउटलुक मेल का बैकअप लेना चाहते हैं तो आपको उन सभी फाइल्स का बैकअप लेना चाहिए, जो इस फोल्डर के अंदर हैं।

इसके लिए आप आउटलुक में लॉगइन कर लें। मेन्यू बार में टूल्स पर क्लिक करके ऑप्शंस पर क्लिक कर दें। इसके बाद ऑप्शंस पॉप-अप विंडो में मेंटेनेंस टैब को क्लिक करें। मेंटेनेंस टैब के अंदर स्टोर फोल्डर पर क्लिक करें, जिससे स्टोर लोकेशन विंडो पॉप-अप हो जाएगी। इसमें आप एक फोल्डर पाथ देखेंगे। इसी में आउटलुक अपनी सारी ईमेल स्टोर रखता है। आप इस पाथ को माउस क्लिक करके हाईलाइट कर लें और फिर कॉपी ऑप्शन सिलेक्ट कर लें। फिर स्टार्ट बटन पर क्लिक करें। रन में जाएं, जिससे छोटी विंडो खुल जाएगी। अब आप पहले कॉपी किया हुआ पाथ रन पॉप-अप विंडो में पेस्ट कर दें और ओके कर दें। विंडोज एक्सप्लोरर इस फोल्डर को ओपन कर देगा। अब आपको अपने हर फोल्डर के नाम की एक फाइल दिख जाएगी। आप इन सभी फाइल्स को किसी पेन ड्राइव में कॉपी कर सकते हैं।

अब अगर आपको इन फाइल्स को किसी और कंप्यूटर पर रेस्टोर करना है तो उस पर आउटलुक चलाकर फाइल मेन्यू में इंपोर्ट ऑप्शन सिलेक्ट करें। इसके बाद मेसेज ऑप्शन सिलेक्ट कर लें। अब आपके सामने आउटलुक एक्सप्रेस इंपोर्ट डायलॉग बॉक्स आएगा और ईमेल प्रोग्राम्स के भी कई ऑप्शन होंगे। माइक्रोसॉफ्ट आउटलुक एक्सप्रेस ऑप्शन सिलेक्ट करें। नेक्स्ट क्लिक करें। आपके सामने 'इंपोर्ट फ्रॉम...' डायलॉग बॉक्स आ जाएगा। मेन आइडेंटिटी लिस्ट एंट्री को सिलेक्ट करके ओके कर दें। नेक्स्ट कर दें। माइक्रोसॉफ्ट आउटलुक एक्सप्रेस हाइलाइट मिलेगा। फिर से नेक्स्ट करें। अब आपसे मेसेज की लोकेशन पूछी जाएगी। इस डायलॉग बॉक्स में ब्राउज को क्लिक करके उस फोल्डर को क्लिक कर लें जहां आउटलुक का बैकअप है। ओके कर दें। अब आपके सामने फोल्डर सिलेक्ट करने का ऑप्शन आ जाएगा। सभी फोल्डर्स पर क्लिक कर दें। नेक्स्ट कर दें और फिनिश दबा दें।
